Running crysis

The main motive to upgrade my pc was crysis
most annoying thing was finding the right graphics card
in the end i chose the 8800gt over the gtx saving a hundred english pounds
some people where claiming stupidly low fps rates for decent new cards

heres how my card performs on
Crysis:its demanding but not as much as people thought
i started playing in dx10 with everything on high except textures physics and models at very high
i was getting an average of 22fps witch was very playable but there was alot of slowdown when presented with heavy smoke or lighting witch would bring it down to 7fps at the lowest even lower on mp,but running in dx9 on all high i got some amazing performance average fps was 30-35 and in mp aswell, i only got dips on the final boss witch took it down to 18 fps witch is not bad.
ill upload some screen shots soon as im currently downloading the new patch^_^hope it makes the game better and not fuck it up!
